The National Innovative Communities Conference (NICC) is an annual convention dedicated to regional innovation and quality of life advancement for local communities across the country. Each year, our flagship event attracts over 500 leaders in government, business, education, and healthcare, for two days of cross-sectoral networking, ideation, and practical training on how to engineer a vibrant quality of life for all residents and stakeholders in the communities where our attendees work and reside. 

From inspiring panel discussions and keynote speakers to tactical breakout sessions, our programming surpasses debate over symptomatic resolutions and instead focuses on deep root cause work related to workforce revitalization, community design, public health, education policy, and economic development. Our attendees leave with the inspiration, strategies, and connections needed to double down on their work and multiply the impact made in their workplaces, schools, and communities.

This year, Reach Out is excited to bring back this signature conference to a robust two-day in-person event. NICC 2024 will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, June 11-12, 2024, at the Riverside Convention Center. This year’s theme is: Real Change Starts Here!

The conference will kick off with a luncheon and keynote address followed by informative plenary sessions, and panel discussions featuring dynamic speakers. Conference attendees will network and connect with influential thought leaders, hear from powerful speakers, gain valuable resources from community partners, and learn innovative ways to positively transform their community.
