Health Workforce

Inland Southern California faces one of the largest health workforce shortages in the country. We’re tackling this gap head on, by bridging the gap between education and health professions. Through education, training, pathway programs, and strategic partnerships, we’re preparing the next generation of culturally responsive health workers to meet ever-evolving needs of Southern California’s fastest growing region.
